Data Sharing
We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- With the contracted institution: Exam results, session logs, audit reports, and proctoring flags are shared with the faculty and administrators at the institution that conducted the examination. Viovn acts as a data processor; the institution is the data controller for student data.
- With Scrum Alliance: For Viovn Cert, candidate names and exam results are shared with Scrum Alliance as required to issue globally recognised certifications.
- With service providers: We use third-party providers for cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.
Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy and to meet our contractual and legal obligations.

Students and Minors
Lab0 is designed for use by engineering college students, who are typically adults (18 years and above). Where institutions enroll students under 18, the institution is responsible for obtaining any necessary parental consent under applicable law before providing student data to Viovn.
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
